Demos and Sparring at Disciple Martial Arts Fall Festival

In early November, a few students of Bowley Kenpo Karate participated in demos at the Disciple Martial Arts Fall Festival.  It’s a great event we are thrilled to support.  Kids and adults did a mix of forms and “Bad Guy Won’t Die” techniques. The night prior to the demo was a belt test for all the junior students. Following are a few videos from the demo. The first video shows all the junior students doing Short Form 2, Long Form 1, Short Form 1, and Linear Short Form 1 choreographed together.
